Purchase/Exchange Terms
Outright Purchase

1. For saddles to be considered for outright purchase they must be clean, have no broken parts, have no excessive damage, and be complete and usable. Saddles must be shipped to 2nd Love Saddles (Ltd.) and will be forwarded to a Society of Master Saddlers (SMS) Master Saddler for a pre-purchase inspection to determine whether saddles are fit for purpose. You will be notified if there are any required repairs. It is recommended that you contact us prior to agreement of these terms if you are aware of any required repairs for a repair quote. Repair costs may be deducted from the agreed purchase price. 2nd Love Saddles reserves the right to refuse acceptance of saddles for any reason, or void this agreement should the saddle be found unfit for purpose within 14 days after the agreement date.
2. To avoid any loss or damage to saddles during shipping, we strongly recommend that you send saddles tracked and insured. 2nd Love Saddles takes no responsibility for saddles lost or damaged in transit prior to being received by us. Return shipping or repair costs for saddles damaged during transit will be at your expense and may be deducted from the agreed purchase price.
3. The agreed purchase price may take up to 30 days from the agreement to transfer.
Part Exchange
4. All Outright Purchase terms apply to Part Exchange saddles.
5. Saddles must be shipped to 2nd Love Saddles for a pre-purchase inspection to determine whether saddles are fit for purpose by a SMS Master Saddler. Once an agreed saddle value has been achieved, and the saddle is approved, the agreed value becomes store credit for the purchase of a saddle with 2nd Love Saddles. Store credit is valid for 12 months from the agreement date.
