Returns and Refunds

The customer must notify 2nd Love Saddles at 2ndlovesaddles@gmail.com that the saddle is being returned prior to close of business of the 8th day of the trial period. Email must include name, saddle details and tracking number. If notification is not given then the saddle will be considered that you have agreed to purchase the saddle(s) and a refund will not be given.


Saddles should be returned clean and in the same condition as they were sent out. To clean saddles, including underside, please only use a clean damp cloth (not wet). Do not use any leather balm or leather feeding product. Any excessive wear or cleaning required will incur additional fees, or may render the saddle non-returnable.


Return saddles in the same box they were delivered in if possible. A sheet with the return address will be supplied with the box. Saddles must be returned with insurance and tracked. Return postage is at the customer’s expense.


Once the saddle is returned to 2nd Love Saddles and considered to be in the same condition as it went out, a refund may be given minus postage fees and a 3% trial fee.


The customer may choose to trial another saddle of equal or lesser value. Additional postage and handling fees will be incurred. For a trial of a saddle of greater value, the additional value must be paid prior to the saddle being shipped.


If you wish to cancel your trial, please contact us immediately. If the saddle has yet to be posted then a refund minus $20.00 handling fee will be made. If the saddle has already been posted then the trial cannot be cancelled. Return postage is at the customer’s expense.


For full terms please reference your signed agreement.

Refunds will be processed within 30 days.
